All HPU’s are designed by our in-house Fluid Power Engineer who utilizes his years of on-site troubleshooting experience to design units that are durable and easy to maintain.

Custom Power Unit Design & Fabrication: Our Industrial Department is highly skilled in the design and fabrication of power units ranging from 1/2 Horsepower to 500 Horsepower and beyond. Our in-house Fluid Power Engineer will discuss every aspect of your specific application and design an HPU that includes the electric motor/pump group, valve manifold, pressure and return filters as well as many optional features suited to your application.
 
HPU Upgrades: New Hampshire Hydraulics offers hydraulic power unit upgrade services. Maybe you need to add functions to an existing piece of machinery or increase the capacity of the HPU. Our team will work with you to make the changes you need to get the job done.
 
Complete Power Unit Overhaul and Repair: New Hampshire Hydraulics offers overhaul and repair of all types of hydraulic power units. Our in-house Industrial Department thoroughly cleans the power unit, removing all sediment, sludge and varnish on both the exterior and interior of the oil reservoir. Filters and breathers are replaced and each hydraulic component is then carefully evaluated and either rebuilt or replaced with new. The HPU is then tested for proper function and painted and prepped for delivery. Most HPU overhauls include free pick up and delivery and a free evaluation and estimate performed at our facility.
